Our Property Oversight & Care memberships provide professional, documented home checks for second homes and seasonal residences. We act as your trusted set of eyes, monitoring your home, running water, and flushing toilets, and keeping you informed so nothing goes unnoticed.
While we don’t perform cleaning or repairs, we’re happy to coordinate access and be on-site for your preferred service providers if needed.

Getting Started
Step 1: Book an Onboarding Visit
Schedule an in-home onboarding visit so we can walk the property, review access details, and ensure Property Oversight & Care is the right fit for your home.
Step 2: Complete the Onboarding Form
Before the visit, you’ll complete a short onboarding form sharing property details, access instructions, emergency contacts, and any preferences we should know about.
Step 3: We Review & Set You Up
After the onboarding visit, we’ll confirm the appropriate visit frequency and activate your Property Oversight & Care membership on the back end.
Step 4: Schedule Your Monthly Visits
At the beginning of each month, you’ll select your visit dates based on your membership level. Visits are scheduled in advance to ensure consistent and reliable oversight.
Step 5: Ongoing Oversight & Reporting
After each visit, you’ll receive a photo-documented report and a brief summary. If we notice anything that needs attention, we’ll notify you promptly and help coordinate next steps if needed.

Property Oversight & Care does not include routine cleaning, maintenance, or repairs. If we observe an issue, we’ll notify you promptly so you can schedule your preferred service provider.
In the event of a minor, immediate concern (such as a small water spill or moisture observed during a visit), we may take simple steps to reduce further impact and will document and report it accordingly. For any larger cleaning or remediation needs, we’re happy to coordinate access for your service providers if requested.
